Dr. Dana Knapp, Moderator

Dr. Dana Knapp is a retired Presbyterian Church Pastor who has been a member of First Congregational United Church of Christ of Ocala since 2012. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA, his Master of Divinity from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary in Pittsburgh, PA, and his Doctor of Ministry Degree from Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, PA. Dana served churches in Ohio and Maryland. He has served as the Interim Executive Presbyter in Great Rivers Presbytery in Peoria, IL, Executive Presbyter for the Presbytery of Scioto Valley in Columbus, OH, and Interim Executive Presbyter in the Presbytery of Northern Waters in Duluth, MN. He and Linda were married in 1996. Dana is excited about working with the members of First Congregational in this interim period.
